The project proposes the construction and operation of a fifty foot total height, twenty-four inch diameter painted steel cellular monopole for cellular and wireless communications for increased capacity and additional cellular coverage. The wireless/cellular pole would be a monopole design with three concealed antennas for an additional carrier. The cellular equipment which includes batteries for back-up power generation would be located within the existing AT&T equipment room in the existing Church building.
