Document Description
The project consists of the construction of a two-sided, LED (light-emitting diode), changeable copy billboard on a developed commercial parcel adjacent to State Route 4, west of Century Boulevard. Each face of the billboard will measure 19 feet tall by 34 feet long and will be situated atop a 32-foot tall steel column. The resulting sign and its support structure will have an overall height of 53 feet above grade and will be visible to both eastbound and westbound traffic on State Route 4. The project will be developed in two phases, with the first phase including a static western sign face and LED eastern sign face, and the second phase incorporating two LED sign general commercial advertising purposes, with limited time allotted for nonprofit community and city event promotion.
