The parcel is currently vacant and will be served by an offsite driveway as the main access and an offsite well. Additionally an onsite emergency access is proposed. The applicants are requesting a reduction in the required parking spaces. Proposed amplified outdoor events include but are not limited to weddings, concerts and plays. Attendance at events is not proposed to exceed 200 people at any one given time.
