Document Description
The Central Sunnyvale Campus project consists of three interconnected 6-story Class A office buildings totaling approximately 780,000 sf with 2,600 parking spaces in multiple parking garages on 17.84 acres. The project will include new streetscape and landscape improvements, on-site roads and pedestrian pathways, improvements to adjacent streets, and a 1.38 central plaza located between the main buildings and the parking garage.
