Document Description
The 5.66 acre site is planned for the development of a new Folsom Lake College: Rancho Cordova Center in three phases. Phase I of the project will consist of a 15,000 assignable sf, two story classroom building structure. Phases II and III of the project (to be constructed at a later date) will consist of additional classroom buildings, for a project total of 78,356 asf. The project will include construction of a parking lot with drives, sidewalks, lighting, six foot sound wall along residential interfaces and associated landscaping.
