Note: Reference SCH# 2010072044 The project is the second phase of the San Antonio Village Center Project (Phase 1). The EIR for the Phase 1 project was certified and approved on June 14, 2011 (SCH# 2010072044). The Phase 2 project proposes mixed-use development including office, commercial, retail, hotel, cinema, restaurant, and parking on a 9.9 acre site at the existing San Antonio Shopping Center. Existing uses at the Project site to be demolished include 59,655 sf of commercial and retail buildings. The project proposes to develop the following uses: office; commercial and retail; hotel; above-ground parking and building service area; restaurant; and cinema.
