The proposed project would include substantial excavation and reconstruction of Anderson Dam Embankments, mining of rock from nearby borrow areas, raising the dam crest and spillway by ~7 ft., constructing a new intake structure in the reservoir, and constructing new outlet facilities to the spillway and creek below the dam.
