Document Description
The Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Ardenwood Farm Historic Buildings Demolition Project, prepared by the East Bay Regional Park District, evaluates the environmental impacts associated with the proposed demolition of three buildings of historic significance, known as the Mowry Schoolhouse and Bettencourt and Brown Houses, which were moved from other locations in 1984-1985 and stored on cribbing at Ardenwood. The EIR evaluates the potential impacts associated with the project, as well as potential impacts that could result from several alternatives to the project. However, none of the alternatives meet all of the objectives of the project.
