The Central Valley RWQCB is issuing a Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The purpose of the project is to ensure adequate downstream water supply, prevent new sediment from entering the reservoir, stop canal erosion, and minimize the amount of sediment that is being carried through the reservoir and deposited into Clover Valley Creek. The nearly 1-acre Project includes constructing a permanent supply pipeline between Antelope Canal and the Clover Valley Reservoir.
