Document Description
The proposed Lawrence Station Area Plan provides an overall vision and recommendations to guide future development in the study area, which is generally defined as the one-half mile radius circle centered on the Lawrence Caltrain Station in the Sunnyvale city limits. The plan provides a preferred land use scenario, transportation and infrastructure guidelines, urban design guidelines, and an open space plan, as well as implementation tools.
