Document Description
The Bear River Band of Rohnerville Rancheria (Tribe) proposes to expand along the northeastern side of its existing Bear River Casino by constructing an approximately 3,300 sf adjoining building addition for the installation of 135 additional gaming positions, installing a water feature outside the northern entrance to the building addition, and adding six new restroom stalls and four new hand-washing stations to the existing casino. The casino and proposed expansion site are located on federally-designated Tribal trust land in Humboldt County, CA. Currently, the area to be developed is used for landscaping.
