Document Description
Project proposes to construct a 455 sf addition to the rear of the existing single family home, parking improvements, fencing and landscaping to accommodate the joint use of the structure as a Buddhist Temple with a maximum seating capacity of 25 and 13 parking spaces to serve the proposed temple use as well as the residence. Due to the location of the site, which is adjacent to a known breeding location for the California Tiger Salamander (CTS) a listed endangered species, there is a concern over the projects potential impacts to CTS.
