Amend the Riverdale Community Plan by re-designating a 0.52-acre parcel, two 0.17-acre parcels, a 0.25-acre parcel and a 0.09-acre parcel from Limited Industrial to Neighborhood Commercial; Rezone the 0.52-acre parcel and two 0.17-acre parcel from the M-1 to the C-1(c) Zone District, and rezone the 0.25-acre parcel and the 0.09-acre parcel from the R-1 to the C-1(c) Zone District in order to allow a variety store. The project site is located on the south side of Mount Whitney Avenue, between Malsbary Avenue and Valentine Avenue, within the unincorporated community of Riverdale (Sup. Dist.: 4).
