- This proposed project involves widening I-5 from Oso Parkway to Alicia Parkway. The project proposes to widen the Oso Creek bridge structure, including installation of pier walls at Oso Creek and replacement of rock slope protection. The temporary impact areas will be revegetated with appropriate native plant species, and compensatory mitigation for the permanent impacts will be provided through the Measure M2 Freeway Transportation Mitigation Program and the Orange County Transportation Authority M2 Natural Community Conservation Plan.
