CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2013-0014-R6 [Revision 1]) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: City of Riverside represented by Mr. Scott Barber, 3900 Main Street, Riverside, State of California, 92522, Phone (951) 826-5116. The Mockingbird Canyon Reservoir Restoration Project is limited to the temporary draining of the reservoir, mechanical excavation and removal of up to 15,000 cubic yards of sediment, and the installation of a removable, floating, ballasted, anchored, and cable-stayed silt-barrier across the narrowest point of the reservoir.
