Document Description
The project is construction of a 12-inch diameter PVC pipeline to connect the existing water line at the southwest corner of the Ortega Highway and Antonio Parkway intersection to the existing water line in the San Juan Creek Road extension alignment, 50 feet west of the Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park's southwestern property boundary. The existing pipeline at the north end is owned by the Santa Margarita Water District (SMWD). The existing pipeline at the northeast and end of San Juan Creek Road is owned by the City of San Juan Capistrano. The proposed pipeline will be 3,300 lineal feet and consist of C-900 DR25 PVC pipe. It will provide a metered interconnection between the SMWD & CSJC systems. It will include a pressure reducing station and a metering station. There will be no service connections to the proposed pipe.
