Document Description
The project applicant (CV Urban Land, LLC) is seeking to develop the 6.07-acre project site in the City of Claremont with 95 townhomes and other site improvements, including internal private streets, onsite parking, sidewalks, open space and recreation areas, and common areas and landscaping.
