Document Description
The proposed project is located at the Poway Pump Station at the eastern edge of the City of Poway, in the Blue Sky Ecological Reserve. Lake Ramona is located to the north and Lake Poway is located to the south. The proposed pipeline would be located within an existing dirt access road that is located south of and generally parallels the Green Valley Truck Trail within the Blue Sky Ecological Preserve. The proposed new natural gas powered engine would be located at the existing Poway Pump Station. The Poway Pump Station is located on land owned by the Ramona Municipal Water District. The existing RMWD pipeline easement, which coincides with the dirt access road, traverses land owned by the City of Poway, County of San Diego, and State of California (in association with the Blue Sky Ecological Reserve).
