Document Description
Use Permit Application 13-00 would allow for the development, operation, and maintenance of a wireless telecommunications facility on the parcel. The site would provide cell phone coverage to the north/south-bound traffic along US 395 in southern Mono Basin/June Lake junction area. The wireless facility would be located on a 2500 sf leased area located central portion of the parcel. The lease area would be surrounded by a 6-foot tall, chain-link fence with a 12-foot wide metal gate. The 50' x 50' lease area would include on multi-carrier 60-foot wireless communications monopole designed as a collocation facility, engineered to hold up to three carriers' antenna arrays. The property is owned by June Lake Public Utility District, and the land use designation is Public Facilities (PF).
