Baker Cold Storage, Inc., has proposed to construct and operate a roughly 250,000 sf cold storage facility at 1710 Pier B Street in the Port of Long Beach. The Proposed Project would receive, sort, store, and distribute perishable commodities such as produce (i.e., fruits, vegetables) and protein products (i.e., fish, poultry, and meat). The Proposed Project includes remediation activities under the jurisdiction of the DTSC.
