The proposed project will widen the right-of-way (ROW) of Bellflower Blvd. tot eh west, will create a new right-turn lane in the southerly direction, and will provide other sidewalk and traffic signal improvements. The proposed improvements will reduce congestion and traffic delays, and improve traffic-related safety. Caltrans is a responsible agency in accordance with CEQA Guidelines.
