Document Description
The Stuart House Replacement Project involves construction of a 22,266 gross square foot facility to accommodate the Stuart House program and related services provided by the Rape Treatment Center (RTC). The new building will be on nearby University-owned property at 1317 15th Street that is currently used by the UCLA Medical Center, Santa Monica for surface parking. An existing Stuart House building is located at 1336 16th Street and will be vacated upon completion of the new building. Construction of the new facility will be undertaken by RTC pursuant to a second amended license agreement.
