Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction and operation of a new 4-level (3 above ground and 1 subterranean level), approximate 21,700 gsf building to accommodate the Stuart House program and related services provided by the Rape Treatment Center (RTC). The existing Stuart House building located at 1336 16th Street, approximately 170 feet southeast of the project site, would be vacated upon completion of the new building. The project would involve a net increase of approximately 13 employees. Construction is anticipated to begin in February 2014 with completion in August 2015.
