Document Description
The proposed project is solar PV power generating system that would produce 3.0 megawatts of power. Nearly all of the on-site project improvements consist of solar panel arrays, and related inverter and transformer equipment. These improvements would be constructed within a development area of about 29.1 acres of a 39.9-acre parcel identified as APN 066-061-013-0000. The remaining 10.8 acres are comprised of setbacks from each side of the subject parcel within which no development other an access road and an underground interconnection cable would be constructed. Switchgear equipment would be mounted by PG&E on an existing electrical pole located along SR 59 (Los Banos Hwy). The project site address is 221 Vassar Avenue. Primary access is provided via SR 59.
