Document Description
The proposed project involves the interior renovation of the Wyndham San Diego Bayside Hotel (Hotel). The Hotel is comprised of the following: 600 guest rooms; 7,692 square ffet (SF) of retail space; 32,963 SF of meeting space; 13,206 SF of restaurant space; 2,600 SF of lobby space; 7,296 SF of administrative office space; 5,622 SF of outdoor function space; 7,922 SF of back of house space; 1,105 SF of fitness area space; and 408 parking stalls. In order to modernize the Hotel, the proposed project will update all furniture and fixtures throughout the interior of the entire Hotel. No changes to the number or rooms, ancillary uses, or parking area will occur as part of the proposed project.
