Document Description
On June 17, 2013, the Board of Directors of SGPWA approved the execution of the Water Exchange Agreement with CLAWA. This Agreement authorizes CLAWA to provide for the delivery of 2,000 AF of its 2013 allocation of water from the State Water Project to SGPWA. In exchange for delivery of that water, SGPWA will deliver 1,300 AF to CLAWA by the end of 2023 from SGPQWA's subsequent allocations from the State Water Project.
