Document Description
Approval of a Response Plan by the California Department of Toxic Substance Control, pursuant to regulatory authority granted under the Health and Safety Code, chapter 6.8, for the Negherbon Site. The Plan was submitted on June 3, 2013, by Erier and Kalinowhi, Inc. on behalf of Uptown Broadway investors LLC/Hive Development Group LLC. The Plan proposes to excavate and dispose to an off-site permitted facility approximately 100 cubic yards of lead an total petroieum hydrocarbons (TPH)-impacted soils, or approximately five truckloads, from select locations on the property to protect human health and the environment.
