The project would stabilize a storm-damaged slope, 50 feet long by 8 feet wide by constructing a soil nail wall (ground anchor wall). A guard rail would be installed, and the paved shoulder would be widened by 4 feet. The Rock Slope Protection (RSP) previously planned for this location will not be built.
