Document Description
Rule 107, Alternative Compliance, allows the use of emission reduction credits as an alternative compliance option in lieu of complying with specified requirements in Regulation 4. Rule 107 requires a stationary source requesting alternative compliance to submit an Authority to Construct application processing fee. The rule amendment removed the application processing fee and added it to Rule 301.
