SAA #1600-2016-0072-R2 - The project is limited to construction of a new residential driveway bridge, Specific project activities proposed within CDFW jurisdictional features include: trenching, form construction, installation of rebar, pouring, and finishing of concrete associated with the construction of bridge footings; installation of steel H beam girders on the concrete bridge footings; installation of metal pan backing on the H beam girders; forming and installation of rebar on the 8 inch curb along both sides; protection of creek banks underneath the bridge deck over an area approximately 20 feet long by 6 feet high; and installation of water and electrical utilities.
