Document Description
The program entails a temporary 25% reduction in traffic capital impacts fees for construction of new non-residential building projects. The dollar amount of the fee reduction will be deffered pending an update of the City's planned Traffic Capital Improvements Plan TCIP and adoption of revised 25% reduction from current fees, the "gap" in funding will be re-paid to either the entity who paid the original fee or the Traffic Capital Fund, as applicable, from the increased sales tax revenue generated by money would come from its incremental increase in transient occupancy tax or property tax revenue, in that order of priority.
