The California Department of Transporatation proposes to re-pave a section of State Route 127, the project includes removal of the top 4 inches of asphalt and replace it with Cold-IN-Place Recycle, 1 inch of overlay will be placed on top of the CIR. All work will be done within the existing Right of Way.
