Document Description
The California Department of Public Health is the lead agency. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 50 Program is providing state funds for the project. In order to comply with the Surface Water Treatment Rule, the Clear Ridge Mutual Water Association proposes to construct a multi-barrier water treatment system which will include a two stage filtration sytem, pumping system, conveyance pipeline, and appurtenant structures.
