Document Description
Caltrans proposes a maintenance overlay project on Route 23 in Ventura County. The proposed work will take place from Skekell Road at PM 17.9 to Grimes Road at PM 20.9. The work includes cold planning the existing pavement, overlaying with hot mix asphalt and replacing pavement markings, delineations and traffic stripes.
