Document Description
The proposed project consists of replacing the existing roof of the CSDF, which was constructed in 1978. The scope of work includes all materials and equipment necessary for the removal of the existing roof systems including a sloped-asphalt shingle system and flat built-up roof, and replacing them with new roof systems that include composite insulation sheating, tapered ridid insulation, water proofing, metal flashing, a sloped-asphalt shingle system and a flat single-ply roof system. Repairs to the wood substrate and wood trim would be made as necessary.
