The proposed project involves the interior renovation of the Bay Tower Lounge at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina (Hotel). The Bay Tower Lounge serves the Hotel's guest rooms and meeting spaces. Renovation of the Bay Tower Lounge will include installation of new flooring, new paint, new wall coverings, and new furniture. Minor changes to the lighting fixtures will also be included along with a few pieces of new artwork and decorative items.
