Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of a pool and spa as well as landscape and hardscape improvements at the Silver Gate Yacht Club (SGYC). The proposed project will construct a 32-foot-long by 16-foot-wide swimming pool and a 10-foot-long by 10-foot-wide spa, both of which will include disabled access lifts. Concrete decking and landcaping will be installed around the pool/spa area and throughout the SGYC leasehold. The pool/sp area will be fenced and gated with 5-foot-tall ornamental iron fence on the west end, wood fencing on the south and east ends, and a 6-foot-tall glass windscreen along the north end. Portable gas grills will be installed in the pool/spa deck area, and existing gas, water and electrical lines will be extended to the new grilling area.
