Document Description
The Project is limited to the construction of a soldier beam retaining wall with pier, one pier and grade beam retaining wall adjacent to the sidewalk on DeLaveage Park Drive and a Christy U21 catch basin with orifice plate to control release of stormwater run-off that will connect to an approximately 20-foot long 8-inch HDPE pipe with flared end section wih 10-18-inch angular stone riprap outfall. Stormwater run-off to the creek will be regulated to mimic predevelopment rates. The purpose of the Project is to install bank stabilization structures and a stormwater runoff structure associated with a 13 single family home develpmenton a 1.79-acre parcel adjacent to Arana Gulch Creek 5c.
