Document Description
The proposed project would improve the accessibility, functionality, energy efficiency, and American's with Disabilities Act compliance of the existing DMV Temecula Field Office, which was constructed in 1992. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: resurfacing of existing asphalt concrete pavement and construction of new concrete sidewalks and accessible path of travel and entry, as well as interior renovation of various items such as drinking fountains, cabinetry, singage, building finishes, wall and door changes, replacement of flooring materials, and lighting and control replacement.
