The cope of work includes; Remove AC surfacing form the Smith Flat undercrossing, treat both bridge decks with Methacrylate, and place 3/4 inch think polyester concrete overlay, re-stripe the roadway and remove/replace 300 linear feet of metal bean guard rail at the leading edges of both bridges in both directions.
