The project will take place on both north and south banks of Cottonwood Slough starting 1 mile south of the town of Madison at the Rd. 89 bridge and proceed eastward (downstream) approximately 0.5 mile, encompassing approximately 3 acres. The project will be conducted in cooperation with the USDA National Resource Conservation Service (CRCS), Yolo Field Office, including their design, engineering, standards and specifications.
