Document Description
Meridian Farms Water Company will remove silt in front of a water diversion in an effort to restore the site to previous conditions. The dredging plan includes removal of approximately 2,500 cubic yards of material and digging a channel extending into the sand bar south of the diversion facility on the east river bank. Dredging activities will occur during two separate time frames: April 15, 2012 through Junee 30, 2013 (1,000 cubic yards and will only dredge in the dry portion of the river) and August 1, 2013 through September 15, 2013 (1,500 cubic yards). This Agreement also includes the diversion of water as specified in the Meridian Farms Water Company, Water Rights Permit #591 and License to Appropriate Water #4676B.
