Document Description
Caltrans is proposing a highway maintenance project to repair failing or damaged pavement. Work would include grinding down the existing roadway surface then placing an overlay of recycled asphalt millings and hot mix asphalt. Three feet of shoulder backing would be added at the edge of pavement.
