Document Description
DWR proposes to excavate and install new reinforced concrete vaults with new flowmeters on teh Badger Hill pipeline. DWR also proposes to reline the interior of the Badger Hill pipeline by hand from within, no further excavation is needed. DWR will also replace the joint sealer at the headworks. This also is done by hand.
