Project includes amendments to the General Plan, the existing Mather Field Special Planning Area Zoning Ordinance to guide continued redevelopment of the former Mather Air Force Base as well as land use designations to support establishment of a wetland preserve. The project also includes the extension of Zinfandel Drive from approx. 900 feet south of Douglas Road to approx. 2,100 feet south of Woodring Drive and the extension of a sanitary trunk sewer line within the right of way of Zinfandel Drive from North Mather Blvd. in the City of Rancho Cordova to approx. 2,100 feet south of Woodring Drive.
