Document Description
The Project is located at the Waterman Water Treatment Plant, 2900 Vista Grande, City of Fairfield, Solano County. The Project is limited to the fill and realignment of an unnamed drainage (Drainage), which is a southeast tributary to the main onsite drainage. The Project will fill in the existing Drainage and reroute surface flows underground to facilitate widening the access road to accommodate delivery vehicles. Impacts to the Drainage from Project activities will result in the placement of 139 cubic yards of fill into 183 feet (0.034 acre) of Drainage. To mitigate for the impacts to the Drainage, the City of Fairfield planted native willow and cottonwood cuttings along 317 linear feet of the upper tributary to the Main Drainage. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0407 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, George Hicks, City of Fairfield.
