Mayers Memorial Hospital has requested approval of a Zone Amendment to change the zoning on a 5.7-acre parcel and a 0.7-acre parcel from the Rural Residential (R-R) zone district to the Public Facilities (PF) zone district; and has also requested approval of a Use Permit for a new 35,000 sf, two-story, 40-foot-high expansion to the existing hospital and accessory facilities, with an emergency generator pad, oxygen storage tank pad, and pad location for a future ambulance garage, all of which are sited on four adjoining parcels totaling 12 acres.
