Document Description
The City of Santa Rosa Groundwater Master Plan would establish policies and strategies to manage the available groundwater resources in a sustainable manner for potential future beneficial uses. The Groundwater Master Plan contains a list of recommended policies, programs and projects required to meet the City's emergency groundwater supply needs now and in the future, including installation of emergency groundwater wells to provide an additional 8.4 million gallons per day of emergency groundwater capacity.
