Document Description
The City of Live Oak has made technical updates to its Housing Element, including demographic data updates, updates to the lands identified on its land inventory, and updates to housing programs to reflect the loss of redevelopment funding and the changes in City priorities since the previous Housing Element was updated in 2008. The project does not include or require any changes in land use from those already proposed and analyzed in the General Plan EIR, and does not include or require any construction or physical changes in the landscape beyond those considered in the 2030 General plan and EIR (which was certified in March of 2010).
