Construction and operation of a 1.6 megawatt wind energy conversion system (WECS) or wind turbine. The mind turbine consists of a 263-foot tower and three 135 foot long blades. Total height to maximum blade extension is 398 feet. The turbine would provide power by underground conduit to the Anheuser Busch Brewery.
